The Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes is installed as the SBS component. Using the Configure E-mail and Internet Connection Wizard or the POP3 Connector Manager, you can define POP3 mailboxes that will be downloaded to Exchange mailboxes.

Add "POP3 Mailboxs" in Small Business Server 2003

-         Open "Server Management" by Clicking Start > Administrative
Tools > Server Management

-         Open "POP3 Connector Manager" in left panel

-         Add "POP3 Mailboxs" by clicking ADD button

Fax Service lets users send and receive faxes by using a modem or a fax board. You can also send faxes by using your network. You can print to fax from any application, send a cover page, and track and monitor fax activity. New wizards simplify configuration and fax sending. Also, developers can write applications using the new fax APIs to automatically send faxes from their applications. Windows Server 2003 Web Edition does not include Fax Services.

Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition supports one fax modem. Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition, Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and Windows Server 2003 Web Edition each support four fax modems.
